Personal Assistant & Fleet Manager
We are seeking a polished, senior calibre Personal Assistant to act as the right hand of the Chief of Staff at a single-family office in Central London. The position combines high-level executive support with sole responsibility of a private fleet of 14 vehicles, including a significant number of hypercars, based across the UK and Europe.
The successful candidate will be a first-class Personal Assistant first and foremost, ideally with a background in private households, superyachts or private PA work, who is also a genuine motoring enthusiast with real technical understanding. They will run the fleet independently and report on outcomes rather than tasks, giving the Chief of Staff complete confidence that every car is presented, protected, insured and ready to go.
