A senior role for a commercially minded, people focused leader to take charge of the people, property and emergency matters across a private household spanning London, Oxford and Yorkshire – line-managing House Managers and overseeing a multi-site property portfolio.

Sitting within the family office’s Dubai operations, it leads the greenfield institutional set up and ongoing operational scaling of the family office in the region, including establishing holding structures such as a foundation and mainland operating vehicles.

Responsibility for building an independent technology estate for a single-family office branch from the ground up – from the platform decision through the productivity, security, and automation layers on top of it, with scope growing across four jurisdictions.

A Personal Assistant role for a single-family office, based in Bangalore, providing high-touch support to the family and their extended family as single point of contact for remote executive and personal assistance while they’re away, and direct, in-person support when they’re in residence.
