Build Fellow / Operations & Governance Manager
Overview
Our client is a single-family office supporting family principals across a growing international footprint, with established operations across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore.
This role acts as the Singapore counterpart to the Build Fellow based in Dubai, holding responsibility for operational administration and entity governance across the family’s Singapore structures, and serving as the primary institutional liaison between the Family Principals, the wider family office, external consultants and business associates.

Expectations
Operations & Governance
- Manage middle- and back-office operations for the Singapore entities.
- Oversee entity governance, ensuring structures remain compliant and well administered.
Stakeholder Liaison
- Serve as the primary institutional liaison between the Family Principals, the wider family office, external consultants, and business associates in Singapore.
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate administration, entity management and governance across complex, multi-jurisdictional structures – including corporate, trust, partnership and/or investment vehicles.
- Understanding of governance processes, including board and committee administration, statutory compliance, corporate records, approvals, resolutions and entity lifecycle management.
- Advanced technology literacy, including Excel and PowerPoint, with confidence using accounting, document-management, entity-management and workflow systems.
- Relevant professional qualification in accounting, governance, law, tax or trust and estate planning – such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CGI/ACIS or STEP – or equivalent senior-level experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively with family principals, directors, advisers, trustees, lawyers, tax professionals, banks and other external counterparties.
- Sound judgement, high emotional intelligence and absolute discretion when handling sensitive personal, financial and governance matters.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and make sound decisions in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative, pragmatic and low-ego approach, with a willingness to work across functions and take ownership of detail.
Preference will be given to candidates already resident in Singapore. Applicants must have a willingness to relocate as organisational needs evolve.
Hours
Full-time, with flexibility outside core hours expected, including availability to accommodate other time zones as required.
Location
Singapore.
The role requires high flexibility, including comfort travelling internationally at short notice and for substantial durations.
