Rupert started his headhunting career in 1997 for a Global Search firm and specialised in Technology.
He went on to found Eagle Headhunters Ltd in 1999 which he has been running ever since, executing searches in multi discipline and multi sector. In 2024, he founded Eagle Private with Izzy and has already executed key searches for global Family Offices. Trust, honesty and transparency are the backbone of his beliefs for the success of his work.
When not working he can be found enjoying his life in the field, the river or on the golf course.
