Rupert started his headhunting career in 1997 for a Global Search firm and specialised in Technology. He went on to found Eagle Headhunters Ltd in 1999 which he has been running ever since, executing searches in multi discipline and multi sector. In 2024 he founded Eagle Private with Izzy and has already executed key searches for global Family Offices. Trust, Honesty and Transparency are the backbone of his beliefs for the success of his work. When not working he can be found enjoying his life in the field, the river or on the golf course.

Izzy has been working in luxury hospitality and recruitment since 2000 following a degree in English Literature. 9 years were spent in Europe working in the winter sports and super yacht industries before returning to the UK in 2009 and starting work in boutique recruitment. She set up Cora in 2013 with a view to providing individualised lifestyle recruitment solutions and since 2024 has been working with Rupert at Eagle Private to complement this with a focussed Executive Search solution for Family Offices across the globe. She lives in Wiltshire with 3 children and a plethora of animals.

After working as a political lobbyist, Joe began headhunting in 2002 with Eagle Headhunters covering a broad spectrum of industries. In 2006, Joe joined the Financial Services headhunting firm Armstrong Stanley Partners where he worked closely with the chairman Oliver Stanley, focussing on single and multi-Family offices. Following this Joe worked with Varo Partners, again focussing on financial services, since 2020, Joe has worked closely with Rupert Murray and laterally with Izzy Boland. Joe lives between the UK and Egypt.
