Senior Executive Assistant

Our client is a dynamic single family office built around an ambitious, entrepreneurial founder with interests spanning technology, real estate, and private investment. It is a fast-moving, high-calibre environment where no two days look the same, and where those closest to the Principal and Chief of Staff have real visibility across an exciting and expanding portfolio of ventures.

This newly created Senior EA position offers the opportunity to become an indispensable right hand to two of the organisation’s most senior figures, at a pivotal moment of growth for the family office.

The Role

Reporting Lines & Support Structure:

  • Supports both the Principal and the Chief of Staff on the business side.
  • Provides backup cover for the Principal’s PA during absence.

Expectations

  • Principal support: Manage the Principal’s complex diary, travel, meetings and follow-up actions, ensuring priorities are effectively coordinated.
  • Chief of Staff support: Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, travel coordination, expenses and day-to-day administration.
  • Project coordination: Coordinate strategic initiatives across the Principal’s business interests, tracking progress, monitoring deadlines and ensuring actions are delivered.
  • Stakeholder management: Build effective relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Office operations: Support the smooth running of the family office through effective administration, document management and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

Requirements

Experience

  • A proven track record supporting CEO, Founder or Principal-level executives as an EA within a private office, family office or similarly fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • University educated to degree level from a leading institution, with outstanding communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating complex schedules, international travel and strategic projects with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A finance background is preferred, ideally gained within PE, investment/fund management.
  • Demonstrable longevity in previous Executive Assistant positions, reflecting commitment, resilience and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships

  • Calm under pressure, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Genuinely happy to build a long-term career in the role, rather than using as a stepping stone.

Full-time, office based.

Salary

£100,000 – £150,000, DOE.
